Guarantee and Return Policy
Since the majority of our products are wound to order, and often require procurement or fabrication of specialized parts, we are unable to offer refunds to customers who wish to return pickups. However, Hogan Pickups strives to ensure that our products meet or exceed customers' expectations. So if your pickup fails to operate as described, we always stand ready to remedy the defect. This commitment extends over the whole life of the pickup. If, for any reason (other than obvious misuse) your pickup ceases to operate as it should, please contact us so we can arrange to return it to a fully functional condition.
In rare cases it may occur that a fully functional pickup fails to satisfy the sonic preferences of the customer. In such a case we hope the customer will contact us directly. Unsatisfactory sound can often be remedied, either by adjusting the setup of the guitar or through modification of the pickup. At Hogan Pickups, we will always make every reasonable effort to deliver to the customer a thoroughly satisfying pickup.
Please note that Hogan Pickups reserves the exclusive right to perform any needed repairs or adjustments of our products. Evidence that a pickup has been opened or tampered with will void any guarantee we offer.

Shipping Policies
Currently, only domestic US purchases can be made through the Hogan Pickups website. To cover shipping costs, we charge $5 for every order plus $3 per item. We will use USPS Priority shipping for all domestic orders. We take responsibility for packing our products safely and securely, but will not accept responsibility for shipping damage or loss.
We are happy to sell and ship our pickups internationally. But those purchases will require special shipping arrangements to be made. Consequently, we ask that you contact us by email at chad@hoganpickups.com to place such an order.
